Who we are

People often ask how I went from the corporate world of luxury fashion to farming — and the truth is, my journey began with my health.

After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, I was forced to take a deeper look at my lifestyle. I began to understand the powerful role food plays in our bodies — how it can either support healing or contribute to inflammation and imbalance. What started as a personal health challenge quickly became a passion. I immersed myself in learning about nutrition, cooking nutrient-dense meals, reading ingredient labels, and discovering that true wellness goes far beyond what’s on our plate.

I learned that health is multifaceted — it’s our sleep, movement, stress levels, mindset, and the rhythms of our daily life. In 2018, I became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and since then, wellness has become a foundation of how I live each day and what I love to share with others.

In 2023, my husband and I moved from Long Island to Florida to pursue a dream that had been growing in our hearts — creating a sustainable five-acre farm. At Sow Blessed Farm, we are working toward producing 80% of our own food. While we are still in the building phase and a few years away from growing the majority of what we consume, our long-term vision is to share what we learn and grow with others.

We believe deeply in the importance of knowing where your food comes from — whether that means growing it yourself or sourcing it locally for maximum nutrition and vitality. This farm is more than land; it’s a living classroom, a place to reconnect with the basics, and a reminder that nourishing food truly begins in the soil.

Thank you for being here and for following along on this journey with us. I’m so grateful to share it with you.
